By using our website or purchasing services, you confirm that you:

(a) Google Knowledge Panel (GKP)
We assist in claiming and verifying Google Knowledge Panels for individuals and businesses. Eligibility is checked prior to onboarding. Delivery timelines may vary depending on Google’s verification processes.
(b) PR & Media Placements
We provide guaranteed placements in specific publications listed within a purchased package. While placements are permanent in most cases, the longevity of content is ultimately controlled by the publisher.
(c) Online Reputation Management (ORM)
We help suppress negative results and strengthen positive content. No agency can guarantee complete removal of negative content. Our commitment is to provide suppression strategies, replacement articles, and long-term monitoring.
(d) Social Growth & Branding
We offer strategy, content optimization, and engagement support for social platforms. Growth results may vary depending on market trends, algorithms, and client participation.
(e) Enterprise Solutions
Custom PR, branding, and reputation strategies tailored for high-level executives and organizations. Terms for these services may differ and are covered under separate agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including documents required for verification.
- Approve drafts, content, or strategies in a timely manner.
- Refrain from submitting false, misleading, or illegal content.
- Maintain communication through official channels.
Failure to cooperate or delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines and outcomes.
5. Payments & Pricing
- All fees are clearly outlined on the Pricing page or in official proposals.
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Enterprise/custom packages require milestone-based payment schedules.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed projects will not be affected.
- Refunds are only applicable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, designs, and materials belong to Anguler unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Anguler’s intellectual property without written permission.
- Content created by Anguler for PR placements remains the property of Anguler until publication, after which it may be used by the client for personal branding.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, documents, and strategies with strict confidentiality. All employees and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We will not disclose client details without consent, except where legally required.
8. Third-Party Relationships
- Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, media outlets, and social networks.
- Anguler is not responsible for changes, delays, or policies made by third-party platforms.
- We will act as an intermediary but cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control.
9. Limitations of Service
Our services do not include:
- Legal representation or dispute handling.
- Wikipedia page creation (unless specified in a custom plan).
- Offline reputation management.
- Removal of negative press guaranteed in every case.
10. Service Timelines
Estimated timelines will be communicated before the start of a project. Delays may occur due to:
- Slow client responses.
- Third-party verification processes (Google, publishers).
- Force majeure events outside our control.
We will provide timely updates in case of any delay.
11. Termination of Services
Anguler reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- A client provides false or misleading information.
- A client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical practices.
- Payment obligations are not met.
Clients may also terminate services by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will follow the Refund Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
- While Anguler strives to guarantee PR placements and GKP delivery (where eligibility is confirmed), we cannot guarantee outcomes not under our direct control.
- We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
- Results may vary for ORM and social growth services depending on market conditions and external factors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anguler is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, opportunities, or reputational damages arising from third-party decisions.
- Delays caused by publishers, Google, or other external platforms.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anguler harmless against claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of our services.
- False information provided by you.
- Violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, INDIA.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
